Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to please and want to make sure the product you purchase is exactly how you want and envisioned it; if you feel the item purchased doesn’t fit properly please contact us with your concerns and we can exchange it for something that best suits your needs; otherwise All Sales Are Final. No Refunds. We can gladly exchange your purchase within 7 days of receipt. All items must be in perfect condition, have all tags attached, and hygienic liners in place.

Special/Custom Made Orders: NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Alterations can be made, at your cost and within a reasonable amount of time. Please contact us directly for more details.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, otherwise all non-internatioanl items are shipped via USPS. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
